Not only did they go above and beyond to help me find my lost ID card, but they also offered ironing facilities which made my stay even more convenient. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere after a long day of exploring. the free wi-fi in the rooms was a lifesaver for staying connected, and the washing machine made it easy to refresh my clothes. the variety of nearby dining options added to the overall convenience of the location, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Edinburgh. the attention to detail and the thoughtful amenities truly exceeded my high expectations, and I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
